This refund policy and other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by SHIFTBOOLEAN LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14754527 with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, together with its group delivery company Algomagus Geeks Private Limited, India (together, the Company) from time to time are applicable to any person, whether individual, incorporated, or unincorporated, procuring products and services via the Company's website, mobile application (the App), or any other medium operated by the Company.
The App and website are owned and operated by the Company, and all rights, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights in the App and website, vest with the Company. The Company reserves the sole right to modify the terms and conditions at any time.
The terms we, us, and our refer to the Company and its affiliates and assignees, and the term you refers to persons visiting the App, website, or any other medium operated by the Company and or availing products or services on these mediums. Words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa. Words denoting one gender include all applicable genders.
Cancellations & Refunds
SHIFTBOOLEAN LTD provides bespoke software development, consulting, and related professional services, delivered together with our group company Algomagus Geeks Private Limited (India). Because our work is custom and time-based, the following cancellation and refund terms apply:
- You may cancel a project, engagement, or retainer at any time by giving written notice to [email protected] or [email protected].
- Where an advance or retainer fee has been paid for services that have not yet commenced or been availed, that unused portion is refundable on request.
- Fees for work already performed, time already spent, deliverables already provided, and third-party costs already incurred (for example hosting, licences, or paid tools) are non-refundable.
- For monthly, subscription, or retainer engagements, the fee for the current billing period is non-refundable once that period has begun; you may cancel future periods so that no further amounts are charged.
- If any delivered work is not as described or agreed, notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will review it and, where appropriate, rework or correct it before any refund is considered.
Refund Policy
We want every client to be satisfied with our work. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Approved refunds cover amounts paid in advance for services not yet availed and are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of approval.
Because our services are custom professional services rather than off-the-shelf products, refunds are assessed against the work actually delivered. For ongoing engagements, payment for each period is due for the work performed in that period.
